    Bids must include your name and contact information. The name/description of the item being bid upon, and the bid amount. Bids will be received until 12 noon on (January 5th). The Highest bidder will be contacted. Items are to be picked up at bidder expense and or manpower. Some items may be heavy and or large to move. Please plan accordingly.

    Items not picked up by (February 1st) will be awarded to second highest bidder.
