    Position Title: Maintenance and Custodial Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds

    Primary Function: To hold the chief responsibility for the maintenance of all equipment, machinery, and buildings. – Both interior and exterior, and to be responsible for the building site, sidewalks, and parking lot maintenance. Ensure satisfactory cleanliness of all buildings. Supervise and evaluate all custodial help.

    Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

    Description: The Braymer C-4 School district is accepting applications for the position of Maintenance and Custodial Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds

    The Maintenance Director holds the chief responsibility for the maintenance of all equipment, machinery, and buildings. – Both interior and exterior, and to be responsible for the building site, sidewalks, and parking lot maintenance.     The Braymer C-4 School District is a small rural school district located roughly 50 minutes northeast of Liberty Missouri and 30 minutes southwest of Chillicothe Missouri. While experiencing the benefits of a small rural school, including limited student behavioral issues, a small-town community feel and high student engagement and parental involvement, the district offers big opportunities. The district recently underwent a facility upgrade with new locker rooms, new gym floor, new weight room/exercise facility for students, staff and the community, updated science lab, and new secure entrances.
